Each of our orthopedic slatted mattresses
consists of three basic parts. Thanks to this, you can "fold" it exactly according to your needs.

Orthopedic slats grate

The basis of each of our mattresses is orthopedic slats grate composed of beech slats and three longitudinal beams, which determine the hardness of mattresses and divide them into weight categories up to 60 kg, 60-80 kg, 80-110 kg and over 110 kg.

Spreading layer

It lies on the orthopedic slats grate spreading layer (foam)which affects the surface softness of the mattress. You can choose from a menu of several distribution layers with different properties and choose the one that will be most comfortable for you.

Removable cover

The whole mattress is "wrapped" in removable washable cover. We make covers from various fabrics and it is up to you which variant you choose.

The SÁRA Basic mattress is a basic mattress from our offer. It is a mattress with a total height of 15 cm and a distribution layer of cold PUR foam. Thanks to its properties, it is also suitable for children.
With this mattress you can choose from three types of covers - Cotton, Micro Active and Aloe Vera, and as with all our orthopedic mattresses, there is the possibility of individual adjustment according to the user's weight.

With the SÁRA Klasik mattress, you can choose from three types of covers - Cotton, Micro Active and Aloe Vera, and as with all our orthopedic mattresses, there is also the possibility of individual adjustment according to the user's weight.

TIP: When sleeping on the SÁRA Klasik mattress, the effect of the integrated orthopedic slatted frame is noticeable. If you have back problems or need to mitigate the negative effects of a sedentary job on your body, choose the SARA Classic mattress.

SÁRA Komfort mattress is structurally based on the SÁRA Klasik mattress, but is supplemented by another 5 cm high layer of ERGOFLEX, which is characterized by high strength and flexibility.  SARA Komfort is also suitable for short individuals with higher weight. The two spreading layers in the SÁRA Komfort mattress can firmly but sensitively support your body.

The latest mattress from our workshop, which, like all our mattresses, is made of high-quality, non-hazardous materials. A new element of the mattress SARA Spirit is an easily removable upper part of the cover - simply unzip it with a zipper and wash it separately. Thanks to this, you do not have to handle the whole mattress in a complicated way.
 Another advantage of these coatings there are four handles placed on the sides of the mattress, which ensure easier handling. The uniqueness of the SÁRA Spirit mattress also lies in the fact that you can use the zipper and the ERGOFLEX mat increase to 22 cm and adjust the comfort and height of the mattress to your needs.

In order for the mattress to support you properly, it is necessary to choose the right weight category. With us you can choose between 4 weight categories: If you have a weight at the limit of the weight category (eg 80 kg), choose whether you prefer a harder or softer mattress.

We offer our orthopedic slatted mattresses in several different applications. Mattress SARA Basic/ Classic / Comfort we offer in question from Cotton, Micro Active and Aloe Vera. For mattresses SARA Spirit / Boxspring We also have a choice of several types of covers, namely Hemp, Synchronic and Morrison. We now offer a mattress SARA Spirit also in the cover of the popular Cotton.

It is made of 100% cotton. The inner filling of the cover consists of a fixed PES (thermally bonded) fleece. Thanks to its washability up to 90 ° C and its composition, it is a cover suitable for allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

It consists of three layers, which guarantees good moisture wicking and long life. GREENFIRST natural treatment is based on the essential oils of lemon, lavender and eucalyptus and is characterized by the ability to actively destroy fungi and repel mites. These properties can withstand up to 30 washes at 60 ° C.

Composition: 74% Polyester, 26% Viscose

ALOE VERA

It contains an extract of the Aloe Vera plant, which is characterized by its healing effects on the skin. The aroma of the plant prevents the formation of odors, removes adverse microorganisms and thus provides protection against bacteria and fungi. The coating is characterized by above-standard moisture absorption, which creates a healthy environment for a good night's sleep.

Composition: 73% Polyester, 27% Lyocell

Composition: 72 % Polyester, 19 % Viscose, 7 % Modal, 1% linen, 1% hemp

SYNCHRONIC cover is a quality that corresponds to an extremely fine viscosity and practicality due to its composition. The coating fibers consist of blends of lycra, polyester, polyviscon they give the fabric a unique look.

Composition: 1.2 % Lycra, 89.8% Polyester, 9% Polyviscon

HEMP

Cover HEMP containing CANNABIS you will quickly fall in love. It creates a breathable surface and has beneficial effects on the skin. The substance contains natural fibers naturally antibacterial. Treat yourself to a comfortable sleep thanks to the beneficial effects on the body.

Composition: 24.7 % organic cotton - hemp, 75.3 % polyester

The spreading layer determines the surface softness of the mattress. When choosing materials for the production of mattresses our company relies on health safety and top quality. In our offer you will find six types of distribution layers with different properties. The PUR foam spreading layer is a part of the SÁRA Basic mattress. Other spreading layers can be combined with SÁRA Klasik / Komfort / Spirit / Boxspring mattresses.

Cold PUR foam is a very strong, flexible and above-standard breathable distribution layer. Tiny knobs aerate the surface of the mattress and they reduce the occurrence of miteswho need a humid environment to live. PUR foam will be the right one for you if you prefer a hard mattress or need a mattress for children.

tip Suitable for everyone who likes a harder mattress and wants healthy sleep at a good price.

NAWAPUR

  • Foam height: 7 cm
  • Surface softness: medium hard / hard

Cold HR foam with excellent strength and breathability. It belongs to the medium-hard or hard distribution layers according to the rotation of the knobs. NAWAPUR very well decomposes the point pressure especially in individuals with higher weight and lower stature. We also recommend this foam for people with wider shoulders.

tip NAWAPUR is a sure bet. It suits practically everyone and is also suitable for overweight people.

Comfortable breathable HR foam in combination with TENCEL fiber opens a new dimension in hygiene and comfort. TENCEL fiber is made of cellulose and absorbs moisture in a natural way, which it then releases more quickly into the surrounding environment. This creates dry and pleasant environment for sleep, which is especially appreciated by allergy sufferers and asthmatics. It is used for the production of this latex foam 100% natural milk of Brazilian rubber tree. Thanks to the revolutionary TALALAY technology, 100% is a natural hypoallergenic material with excellent breathability, excellent flexibility and long life.

EMBRACE belongs to the category of viscoelastic foams with an open structure of latex cells, which they respond to body and ambient temperature. The revolutionary TALALAY technology is a guarantee of excellent breathability with an excellent thermoregulatory effect. Thanks to its anti-decubitus effect, the EMBRACE layer is also suitable for long-term people. We always supply EMBRACE 5 cm memory foam with a 2 cm layer of TALALAY LATEX.

It is generally recommended that the mattress be at least about 20 cm longer than the height of the person who will sleep on the mattress. The optimal width of the mattress is considered to be 90 cm. 
Thanks to the large number of available combinations, we can make a mattress or double mattress tailored exactly to your requirements and ideas with individual settings for each user.

Partner mattresses

We are happy to produce i mattresses (total width greater than 140 cm), which contains two mattresses in one common cover. How to do it? 

  • Order two mattresses, each according to your weight category and spreader layer preference and to the order note note that you want a double mattress in one cover.
  • All we carefully check orders, in case of discrepancies, we will contact you and help you choose the right combination.
  • The double mattress must be transported disassembled, so we recommend transport by our company with professional assembly.

Another option is to order two separate mattresses with protector over the entire area (eg 180 x 200 cm) to cover the gap between the mattresses. We recommend this option if you only have a small washing machine that would not fit in the double mattress cover. Removing the protector itself is also easier than removing the entire cover.

ZORA side members

If you need special support or softening in a certain area of the back, we recommend it ZORA zone side members, which you use with the help of foam cores in specific areas of the mattress exactly according to your needs.

Cervical spine support

5. Choosing the right pillow

An orthopedic mattress is not enough for the ideal position of the spine. Proper support of the cervical spine will reduce possible headaches and neck pain. That is why we have developed a unique anatomically shaped pillow for you HUGO made of viscoelastic (memory) foam. It will allow your cervical spine and neck muscles the necessary relaxation, and you will feel fresh and relaxed in the morning after waking up.
We produce HUGO pillows in ALOE VERA, SYNCHRONIC, MORRISON and HEMP covers. You can adjust their hardness with the help of interchangeable cores of different stiffness, and thus adapt the cushion to your needs. For people with large shoulders, we recommend the variant HUGO LUX. It will serve as a smaller (travel) variant HUGO Happy.

You can buy new side members for an affordable price, replace them in the mattress and to restore the life of the mattress for many more years.
