Each of our orthopedic slatted mattresses
consists of three basic parts. Thanks to this, you can "fold" it exactly according to your needs.

Orthopedic slats grate

The basis of each of our mattresses is orthopedic slats grate composed of beech slats and three longitudinal beams, which determine the hardness of mattresses and divide them into weight categories up to 60 kg, 60-80 kg, 80-110 kg and over 110 kg.

Top comfort layer

The orthopedic slatted base is topped with spreading layer (foam)which affects the surface softness of the mattress. You can choose from a menu of several distribution layers with different properties and choose the one that will be most comfortable for you.

Removable cover

The whole mattress is "wrapped" in removable washable cover. We make covers from various fabrics and it is up to you which variant you choose.

The SÁRA Basic mattress is a basic mattress from our offer. It is a mattress with a total height of 15 cm and a distribution layer of cold PUR foam. Thanks to its properties, it is also suitable for children.
With this mattress you can choose from three types of covers - Cotton, Micro Active and Aloe Vera, and as with all our orthopedic mattresses, there is the possibility of individual adjustment according to the user's weight.

The SÁRA Klasik mattress is one of our most popular mattresses. The total height of this mattress is 17 cm.
We are happy to make a mattress of exact length and width to measure, as well as partner twin mattress according to the individual needs of each user.
With the SÁRA Klasik mattress, you can choose from three types of covers - Cotton, Micro Active and Aloe Vera, and as with all our orthopedic mattresses, there is also the possibility of individual adjustment according to the user's weight.

TIP: When sleeping on the SÁRA Klasik mattress, the effect of the integrated orthopedic slatted frame is noticeable. If you have back problems or need to mitigate the negative effects of a sedentary job on your body, choose the SARA Classic mattress.

SÁRA Komfort mattress is structurally based on the SÁRA Klasik mattress, but is supplemented by another 5 cm high layer of ERGOFLEX, which is characterized by high strength and flexibility. Thanks to these properties, it can sufficiently eliminate point pressures, and thus relieve people with joint pain.
 SARA Komfort is also suitable for short individuals with higher weight. The two spreading layers in the SÁRA Komfort mattress can firmly but sensitively support your body.

The latest mattress from our workshop, which, like all our mattresses, is made of high-quality, non-hazardous materials. A new element of the mattress SARA Spirit is an easily removable upper part of the cover - simply unzip it with a zipper and wash it separately. Thanks to this, you do not have to handle the whole mattress in a complicated way.
 Another advantage of these coatings there are four handles placed on the sides of the mattress, which ensure easier handling. The uniqueness of the SÁRA Spirit mattress also lies in the fact that you can use the zipper and the ERGOFLEX mat increase to 22 cm and adjust the comfort and height of the mattress to your needs.

We produce our orthopedic slatted mattresses in five different heights.

In order for the mattress to support you properly, you need to choose the right weight category. With us, you can choose between 4 weight categories: If you weigh at the border of a weight category (e.g. 80 kg), choose depending on whether you prefer a harder or softer mattress.

We offer our orthopedic slatted mattresses in several different covers. We offer SÁRA Basic / Klasik / Komfort mattresses in Cotton, Micro Active and Aloe Vera covers. For SÁRA Spirit / Boxspring mattresses we also have a choice of several types of covers, namely Hemp , Synchronic and Morrison . We now offer the SÁRA Spirit mattress in the popular Cotton cover .

It is made of 100% cotton. The inner filling of the cover consists of a fixed PES (thermally bonded) fleece. Thanks to its washability up to 90 ° C and its composition, it is a cover suitable for allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

MICRO ACTIVE

It consists of three layers, which guarantees good moisture wicking and long life. GREENFIRST natural treatment is based on the essential oils of lemon, lavender and eucalyptus and is characterized by the ability to actively destroy fungi and repel mites. These properties can withstand up to 30 washes at 60 ° C.

Composition: 74% Polyester, 26% Viscose

tip Micro Active and Aloe Vera covers will give you a feeling of warmth when lying down.

ALOE VERA

It contains an extract of the Aloe Vera plant, which is characterized by its healing effects on the skin. The aroma of the plant prevents the formation of odors, removes adverse microorganisms and thus provides protection against bacteria and fungi. The coating is characterized by above-standard moisture absorption, which creates a healthy environment for a good night's sleep.

Composition: 73% Polyester, 27% Lyocell

Innovative MORRISON cover consists of a mixture of polyester, viscose, modal, hemp and flax. Morrison is a quality that corresponds to natural fibers, extremely fine viscosity and practicality. Is also environmentally friendly.

Composition: 72 % Polyester, 19 % Viscose, 7 % Modal, 1% linen, 1% hemp

SYNCHRONIC

SYNCHRONIC cover is a quality that corresponds to an extremely fine viscosity and practicality due to its composition. The coating fibers consist of blends of lycra, polyester, polyviscon they give the fabric a unique look.

Composition: 1.2 % Lycra, 89.8% Polyester, 9% Polyviscon

tip The unique SYNCHRONIC cover will appeal to you not only with its properties, but also with its unique design surface. Among other things, the hexagons have a light massage effect.
Mattress cover

HEMP

Mattress cover HEMP containing CANNABIS you will quickly fall in love. It creates a breathable surface and has beneficial effects on the skin. The substance contains natural fibers naturally antibacterial. Treat yourself to a comfortable sleep thanks to the beneficial effects on the body.

Composition: 24.7 % organic cotton - hemp, 75.3 % polyester

The spreading layer determines the surface softness of the mattress. When choosing materials for the production of mattresses , our company focuses on health safety and top quality . In our offer you will find six types of spreading layers with different properties. The PUR foam spreading layer is part of the SÁRA Basic mattress. The other spreading layers can be combined with the SÁRA Klasik / Komfort / Spirit / Boxspring mattresses.

Cold PUR foam is a very firm, flexible, and exceptionally breathable top comfort layer. The small knobs on the surface of the mattress enhance ventilation and reduce the presence of dust miteswho need a humid environment to live. PUR foam will be the right one for you if you prefer a hard mattress or need a mattress for children.

NAWAPUR

  • Foam height: 7 cm
  • Surface softness: medium hard / hard

Cold HR foam with excellent strength and breathability. It belongs to the medium-hard or hard top comfort layers according to the rotation of the protrusions. NAWAPUR very well distributes point pressure especially for individuals with a higher weight and shorter stature. This foam is also recommended for individuals with broader shoulders.

tip NAWAPUR is a safe bet. It suits practically everyone and is also suitable for individuals with overweight.

Comfortable breathable HR foam in combination with TENCEL fiber opens a new dimension in hygiene and comfort. TENCEL fiber is made from cellulose and naturally absorbs moisture, it then releases into the surrounding environment more quickly. This creates a dry and pleasant sleeping environment , especially appreciated by allergy sufferers and asthmatics. Thanks to its elasticity, it can gently support sensitive areas of the body.

It is about universal soft foam suitable for your comfortable sleep without sweating or overheating. XDURA combines all the properties of modern foams and proves its quality with excellent test results of all tested properties.

For the production of this latex foam, 100% natural milk from the brazilian rubber tree is used. Thanks to the revolutionary TALALAY technology, it guarantees a 100% natural hypoallergenic material with excellent breathability, outstanding elasticity, and long-lasting durability.

EMBRACE belongs to the category of viscoelastic foams with an open structure of latex cells, that respond to body and ambient temperature. The revolutionary TALALAY technology ensures excellent breathability and exceptional thermoregulation. Due to its anti-decubitus properties, the EMBRACE layer is also suitable for individuals who are bedridden for extended periods. The 5 cm EMBRACE memory foam is always supplied with a 2 cm layer of TALALAY LATEX.

Custom dimensions

It is generally recommended that the mattress be at least 20 cm longer than the height of the person who will sleep on it. The optimal mattress width is considered to be 90 cm.
Thanks to the large number of available combinations, we can make a mattress or double mattress tailored exactly to your requirements and ideas with individual settings for each user.

Partner double mattresses

We are also happy to make a double mattress (total width greater than 140 cm), which contains two mattresses in one common cover. How to do that?

  • Order two mattresses, each according to your weight category and preference for the distribution layer, and note in the order notes that you want two mattresses in one cover.
  • We carefully check all orders , and in case of any discrepancies, we will contact you and help you choose the right combination.
  • Double mattresses must be transported unfolded, so we recommend transportation by our company with professional assembly.

Another option is to order two separate mattresses with a full- coverage protector (e.g. 180 x 200 cm) to cover the gap between the mattresses. We recommend this option if you only have a small washing machine that would not fit the cover from a double mattress. Removing the protector itself is also easier than taking off the entire cover.

Customization

If you need special support or cushioning in a specific area of your back, we recommend the ZORA zone side rails , which you can adjust in specific areas of the mattress using foam cores exactly according to your needs.

Cervical spine support

5. Choosing the right pillow

An orthopedic mattress alone is not enough for an ideal spine position. Proper cervical spine support will reduce possible headaches and neck pain. That is why we have developed a unique anatomically shaped HUGO pillow made of viscoelastic (memory) foam for you. It will allow your cervical spine and neck muscles the necessary relaxation, and you will feel fresh and rested in the morning after waking up.
We produce HUGO pillows in ALOE VERA, SYNCHRONIC, MORRISON and HEMP covers. You can adjust their hardness using replaceable cores of different stiffness, and thus adapt the pillow to your needs. For people with large shoulders, we recommend the HUGO LUX variant. As a smaller (travel) version, the HUGO Happy will serve you.

In order for you to be able to sleep in peace, we provide you lifetime warranty to break the beech lamella, 5 year warranty on the whole mattress and 2-year warranty on longitudinal beams.

What is the life of the mattress?

With regular use of the mattress, it normally lasts 8-12 years. With daily use, the material of the springing members can get tired. You can buy new side members for an affordable price, replace them in the mattress and to restore the life of the mattress for many more years. Don't throw away the mattress - save the environment and your wallet!

Did you choose an unsuitable mattress?

It may happen that a person does not choose a mattress for 100 % according to his ideas. Did you find out during the year that the hardness of the mattress does not suit you after all? Don't worry, we guarantee the replacement of the longitudinal members determining the hardness of the mattress for a full 1 year from purchase.
