"The company JELÍNEK - výroba bútku s.r.o. excludes in accordance with § 9 paragraph 2 letter a) Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers receiving notifications from persons who do not perform work for it or other similar activities pursuant to § 2 paragraph 3 letter a), b), h) or i) of the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers (i.e. dependent work performed in a basic employment relationship, service, volunteer activity, professional practice, internship)."
