we would like to thank you for the delivery of the bed and the willingness to solve all our non-standard requirements. The bed is beautiful. The gentlemen who assembled it for us were also excellent. Very careful, careful and helpful. We're satisfied.
During the assembly, the gentlemen told us that it might be necessary to replace the pistons with stronger ones when we put the mattress and indeed on one side, where the mattress is a bit heavier, the grate does not hold up when opened at the top. So would it be possible to replace them?
We wanted to write you the thank you above anyway and now together with the request to change the pistons it looks purposeful, but trust us it's not :-)
