With the 101 Night Guarantee , you can fine-tune your sleep to perfection! If you find that your SÁRA mattress is not quite right, you can adjust its firmness. Replace the longitudinal beams or the distribution layer and improve your sleeping comfort.

101 nights guarantee

Valid from February 1, 2025.

  1. The 101 Night Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the “Guarantee”) is a premium service provided by JELÍNEK – výroba nábytku sro (hereinafter referred to as “JELÍNEK”) allowing the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) to additionally adjust the SÁRA mattress if they are not satisfied with the sleeping comfort.
  2. The guarantee can be applied to all models of SÁRA orthopedic slatted mattresses.
  3. As part of the Guarantee, the stiffness of the SÁRA mattress can be adjusted once by replacing the longitudinal beams or the distribution layer, i.e. the mattress components, thus creating a new mattress configuration.
  4. For mattresses in standard dimensions 80 × 200 cm, 90 × 200 cm, 100 × 200 cm, 160 × 200 cm, 180 × 200 cm and 200 × 200 cm, it is possible to replace the longitudinal beams or the distribution layer under the Guarantee. In the case of other mattress dimensions, the Guarantee only applies to the possibility of replacing the longitudinal beams.
  5. The guarantee enters into force on the day the mattress is delivered to the customer.
  6. The customer can claim the guarantee within 101 calendar days from the date of delivery of the mattress.
  7. The customer can request a replacement of the longitudinal beams or the distribution layer no earlier than the 15th calendar day from the date of delivery, because the body gradually gets used to the new mattress and needs time to adapt.
  8. A customer who wants to claim the Guarantee contacts their dealer and agrees on further steps.
  9. Delivery of components is free of charge if picked up in person at your dealer. Shipping costs are charged when delivered to the customer's address.
  10. Replacing components is easy and can be done by yourself according to the video instructions available on the JELÍNEK website (section "Replacement components"). For a fee, you can order service from a JELÍNEK technician.
  11. The customer will try the new mattress configuration for at least 14 days and then has the option
    1. Keep the new mattress configuration. If the customer receives a new mattress type by changing the components, they will pay extra or be refunded any difference in the price of the mattress.
    2. After agreement, return to the previous mattress configuration.
    3. Request withdrawal from the purchase contract and return the mattress to the seller. Withdrawal from the purchase contract is only possible for standard mattress sizes listed in point 4.
  12. Withdrawal from the contract may be rejected
    1. Due to failure to comply with the above procedure and conditions.
    2. If the mattress is damaged or dirty.
    3. If the mattress has not been used in accordance with the warranty conditions.
  13. A properly packaged mattress can be returned to its retailer or can be picked up at the customer's address for a fee.
  14. The refund is made to the customer's bank account within 14 calendar days of delivery of the mattress to the address of the JELÍNEK company headquarters.
  15. The refunded amount for the mattress will be reduced by the price of the mattress cover according to the valid price list of replacement components.
  16. Warranty does not apply
    1. For mattresses made to measure according to the customer's specific requirements, which are not listed in the valid price list or on the seller's website.
    2. The customer ordered the wrong model or size of mattress.
    3. For mattresses purchased at an outlet.
    4. To replace the cover, protector or other accessories and components.
  17. The terms of this Guarantee are valid for goods purchased from 1. 2. 2025.
