This alpine pine secretes pinosylvin resin, which has beneficial effects on sleep . The scent of the resin calms, relieves stress and lowers the heart rate during sleep, thus saving your heart and thus prolonging your life. At the same time, Pinosylvin has a natural antibacterial effect.
