Properties of distribution layers for mattresses

January 2014A breathable spreading layer is placed on the flexible slatted mattress grate, ensuring an even distribution of body weight without point pressures, which is essential for proper blood circulation. The customer can choose a distribution layer of so-called cold PUR foam, NATURLATEX, NAWAPUR, CELLPUR and XDURY or luxury latex foam EMBRACE.
PUR foam
Cold PUR foam is characterized by high strength and flexibility. It is a highly breathable material that has small protrusions on the top - knobs. These aerate the surface of the mattress even more, thus reducing the occurrence of mites that need a humid environment to live and multiply. Last but not least, the knobs have a gentle massage effect.
NAWAPUR
NAWAPUR is a natural, ecological, breathable foam, the main component of which is a plant extract from the herb castor, known as castor oil. The foam has excellent mechanical properties (strength, flexibility, elasticity).
CELLPUR
CELLPUR – comfortable breathable PUR foam in combination with TENCEL fiber opens a new dimension in hygiene and comfort. The fiber absorbs moisture in a natural way, which it then releases more quickly into the environment. Compared to other fibers, TENCEL has the highest moisture absorption capacity. This creates a dry and pleasant environment for sleep, which will be appreciated especially by allergy sufferers and asthmatics.
XDURA
XDURA is a unique foam that does not belong to cold, lazy or standard foams. It is a universal soft elastic foam that provides the perfect environment for a peaceful sleep without sweating or overheating. XDURA combines the properties of modern foams and repeatedly proves its quality with excellent results in the relevant evaluation standards.
NATURLATEX
100% natural milk of a Brazilian rubber tree is used for the production of this latex foam. Thanks to the revolutionary TALALAY technology, 100% is a natural hypoallergenic material with excellent breathability, excellent flexibility and long life.
EMBRACE
EMBRACE belongs to the category of viscoelastic (memory) foams with an open structure of latex cells that respond to body temperature and surroundings. The revolutionary TALALAY technology is a guarantee of excellent breathability with an excellent thermoregulatory effect. Thanks to the anti-decubitus effect, the EMBRACE layer is also suitable for long-term people. We always supply the 5 cm EMBRACE memory foam with a 2 cm TALALAY LATEX pad.
