A characteristic element of the AMANTA collection is the illusion of levitation, which contrasts with the solid oak used. The design comes from the workshop of designer Jaroslav Juřica , who lightened this solid wood while maintaining the character of a solid oak bed.
We make the AMANTA bed from solid oak in material thicknesses of 40 and 25 mm. The ubiquitous oak is supported in the construction by strong pin joints. The solid oak is also emphasized by the pronounced rounding of the edges, especially on the side of the bed and on all the exposed outer edges of the furniture. The height of the bed to the upper edge of the side is 37 cm, for the elevated version 47 cm. The lying surface depends on the height of the mattress.
The significantly receding plinth and night shelves like small wings give the impression of floating in space. The beauty of the cut of the wood is especially evident in the nightstands.
The storage space in the AMANTA bed is created by inserting the side parts and the bottom to the beveled base. The bottom of the storage compartment lies on the ground. A part of the AMANTA bed with storage space is hardware for tilting from the side. The storage space can be combined with all grates in the frame (except for the spruce grate).
All types of our slats are suitable for the AMANTA bed. If you choose a bed option with storage space, it cannot be combined with a spruce slat from our offer. For greater convenience and comfort in bed, we offer positioning grids. Slats are not part of the bed.
