How to restore the life of a mattress
We create our mattresses to last as long as possible. The individual components are not glued together, so you can easily replace them at any time, extending the life of the mattress and achieving maximum comfort again.
Our mattresses are like a jigsaw
Each of our orthopedic slatted mattresses consists of three basic parts. The individual components of the mattress can be easily replaced and thus restore the life of the mattress.
Orthopedic slats grate
The basis of each of our mattresses is orthopedic slats grate composed of beech slats and three longitudinal beams, which determine the hardness of mattresses and divide them into weight categories up to 60 kg, 60-80 kg, 80-110 kg and over 110 kg.
Top comfort layer
The orthopedic slatted base is topped with spreading layer (foam)which affects the surface softness of the mattress. You can choose from a menu of several distribution layers with different properties and choose the one that will be most comfortable for you.
Removable cover
The whole mattress is "wrapped" in removable washable cover. We make covers from various fabrics and it is up to you which variant you choose.
Longitudinal beams
The longitudinal beams carry the weight of the entire mattress and the sleeping person. For this reason it is we recommend changing after 7-10 years. We offer longitudinal members in weight categories up to 60 kg, 60-80 kg, 80-110 kg and over 110 kg.
Top comfort layers
Enhance your mattress comfort with a new foam layer. We offer six different foam layers. Choose the mattress surface that suits you best.
Mattress covers
It protects the core of the mattress and at the same time holds it together. For hygienic reasons, we recommend wash the covers at least once a year. The length of time it will serve you is purely at your discretion.
