Business Manager
We are looking for a JELÍNEK team in Valašské Meziříčí BUSINESS MANAGER.
We need a person who perceives things comprehensively, enjoys business and marketing and wants to work on projects that have an impact.
We want a partner who will help us build a love brand at home and abroad
- Do you have experience in independent trading as well as leading a team of colleagues?
- Do you have experience in searching for business opportunities abroad?
- Do you like challenges and are you not afraid to come up with innovative ideas?
- Are business trips an obvious part of your job?

We are a purely Czech company with a family tradition since 1897. For 5 generations, our family has been producing unique solid wood furniture and custom-made orthopedic mattresses along with other products for a healthy and comfortable sleep. Customers can find our products at 5 company stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, at our partners or at our e-shop. There are 70 of us in total, but we are one team and we do everything to be number one in the field of healthy sleep and comfortable living not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Europe.
What awaits you?
- You will build the JELÍNEK brand on Czech and foreign markets
- You will look for business opportunities in foreign markets
- You will lead, motivate, train, etc. the internal sales team (professional salespeople at showrooms)
- You will be an enthusiastic improver of our showrooms
- You will communicate with the production team and company management
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- You are a proactive and independent person, you know what you want and you know how to go after it
- You have enthusiasm and experience in business
- You can work independently and in a team
- Communication in English or German will not surprise you
- You can effectively enjoy the time spent in the car
- When a non-standard situation arises, you are not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" and help others
