This year was special for us. It has been 120 years since our great-grandfather started making furniture. The fact that we have been here for such a respectable time is due not only to him, but also to our customers, business partners and, of course, our employees.
At the autumn fairs FOR INTERIOR in Prague and MODDOM in Bratislava, our company celebrated its 120th anniversary. We exhibited at the stand more than 100 years old chest of drawers from the original production, drawings according to which it was produced at that time, period photographs and a photo album of realizations. The historical part of the exposition attracted the attention of trade fair visitors as well as the current production of the JELÍNEK company.
"We are proud that we managed to restore the completely defunct company after 1989 and thus build on the honest and traditional craft of our ancestors," said at the welcome drink Tomáš Jelínek, co-owner of the company. "It is not only a success for us, the owners, but for the entire JELÍNEK team and business partners, both domestic and foreign. Thank you. "
Both fairs also included a competition for interesting prizes. Competitors estimated the weight of the exposed JELÍNEK mattress. After evaluating all the tips, we chose the three most accurate.
