09 March 2023We are looking for a MANAGER OF FURNITURE PRODUCTION to join our team of 80 colleagues in Valašské Meziříčí.
In position production manager in our family company JELÍNEK, we are looking for a team player with an innovative mindset, the ability to see things through and enthusiasm for innovation and modern technologies.
What will you do with us?
- you will lead a team of people and work closely with other departments and company management
- you will coordinate the production of furniture and mattresses in order to comply with the production plan and product quality
- you will look for opportunities to improve production efficiency, work organization, process efficiency, cost reduction and efficient use of production technologies and spaces
- you will participate in the implementation of systems and tools that lead to a continuous increase in productivity
- you will participate in the development and innovation of products
What do we expect from you?
- experience in furniture making
- human approach and experience in managing people
- attention to detail and quality work
- enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovations
- desire to learn new things and move things forward around you
- be consistent in activities and loyal to the company
An advantage, but not a requirement, is:
- experience with LEAN and continuous improvement
- speak, write and read English at least at B1 level
- project thinking
- knowledge of production machines and equipment
