That is why we provide an extended 10-year warranty on SÁRA mattresses, which gives you the assurance that the mattress will withstand long-term daily use.
This extended warranty not only includes protection against manufacturing defects, but also guarantees that the SÁRA mattress will continue to provide the necessary support for years to come.
The extended warranty applies to products purchased from July 1, 2025.
What does the extended warranty cover?
The extended warranty applies only to SÁRA orthopedic slatted mattresses. purchased at the e-shop www.jelinek.eu or from our business partners. It can be applied to the following dimensions of the SÁRA mattress:
- 80 × 200 cm, 80 × 210 cm, 80 × 220 cm
- 90 x 200 cm, 90 x 210 cm, 90 x 220 cm
- 100 × 200 cm, 100 × 210 cm, 100 × 220 cm
- 160 × 200 cm, 160 × 210 cm, 160 × 220 cm
- 180 × 200 cm, 180 × 210 cm, 180 × 220 cm
- 200 × 200 cm, 200 × 210 cm, 200 × 220 cm
The extended warranty also includes Lifetime warranty against breakage of slats in orthopedic slatted frames SARAH mattress.
The extended warranty covers:
- natural interleaved foam materials of more than 12 % original mattress height,
- cracking, unsticking or tearing of foam materials during normal use,
- mattress cover (zipper, torn handles, torn seams).
What does it not apply to?
The extended warranty does not apply to all situations listed in the warranty conditions for the statutory warranty period. Furthermore, it cannot be applied to mattresses purchased at an outlet and to mattresses custom-made according to the customer's specific requirements. The extended warranty also cannot be applied to mattresses used for commercial purposes.
How to apply for the extended warranty?
If you wish to claim the extended warranty and you purchased your new SÁRA mattress from a JELÍNEK business partner, you must register your new mattress within 90 days of the delivery date. If you purchased the mattress from JELÍNEK – in a store or e-shop, registration is not necessary.
To claim the extended warranty, the original proof of purchase must be presented. The extended warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the purchaser named on the original proof of purchase.
If you wish to claim the extended warranty, please follow the steps below: complaints procedure and in the note, indicate that you are applying for an extended warranty.
If you use the extended warranty, you may be charged a co-payment according to the following table.

Extended warranty registration
To activate the 10-year extended warranty on your SÁRA mattress, register it within 90 days. from the date of delivery using this form. If you purchased the mattress from JELÍNKA – in store or e-shop – registration is not necessary.
