ORTHOPEDIC SEGMENTED GRATE

The basis of the orthopaedic segmented mattresses SÁRA klasik, SÁRA PLUS and ZORA is represented by a flexible segmented grate. This grate is able to copy in a sufficiently firm but sensitive way as well the shape of human body in any position and to support the body correctly. The backbone axis thus remains straight in the position on side and keeps its natural physiological curvature when lying on back. This results not only in relaxed muscles but also in rested skeletal structure of the body. When intervertebral joints, ligaments and disks get relaxed, this results subsequently in rested nervous system and natural recovery of inner organs.

THE FLEXIBLE GRATE is compiled from many wooden segments. Thanks to their transversal attachment in cotton-made casings on PUR-foam made beams, they spring more in the longitudinal direction of the mattress. DISTRIBUTION LAYER

A permeable distribution layer is placed on the flexible segmented grate; this layer ensures even distribution of the body weight without any pressure points, which is necessary for the right blood circulation.

Customers may choose a distribution layer made from a so-called cold PUR foam, TALALAY latex, NAWAPURU or highly comfortable latex foam EMBRACE.

• The cold PUR foam is a highly permeable materiál on the top side of which there are small protrusions burls. They make the surface of the mattress even more aired and they have a fine massage effect.
• Talalay LATEX is manufactured by means of a special method from a mixture of natural and synthetic rubber. This material is characteristic by its high point elasticity and by preservation of flexibility and bearing capacity even after many years of use. Its open pores ensure excellent aeration and warm comfort.
• NAWAPUR - he enrichment with vegetable oil made of renewable raw materials makes NAWAPUR foam a power source for body, mind and soul. The open pore cells structure ensures high air permeability as well as a breathable sleeping climate. That is why a NAWAPUR-mattress core is suitable for allergy sufferers.
• TERMOPUR – visco elastic (memory) foam ensure high standart softness comfort of the mattress. The TERMOPUR foam conform to the temperature and shape of your body in very sensitive way. We recommend the TERMOPUR foam to sensitive customers, who want the top level softness of the mattress. The TERMOPUR foam is always delivered in combination with a DUREN COMFORT foam (height of the Duren Comfort foam is 2cm) The height of the mattress is 17 cm.
• EMBRACE - highly comfortable latex foam with visco elastic opened structure of latex cells. Unique thermoregulation and permeability are ensured. The body is perfectly supported, no back-pressure is formed and turning is thus made easy.

REMOVABLE COVER

All types of mattresses are covered with a removable cover which is stitched with an antiallergic layer made from hollow fibre. At present time of allergies, eczemas and immunodepression, the removable cover is indispensable for good hygiene of the mattress. Customers may order the cover in several versions:

• Cover COTTON – is manufactured from 100 % cotton, suitable for people suffering from allergy and astma and can be boiled at 90 C.
• MicroActive cover – is composed of three layers, which ensure good drainage of humidity and prolonged service life. It has the ability to destroy actively fungi and bacteria. It is suitable for people suffering from allergy, it may be washed at a temperature not exceeding 60 C.
• ALOE VERA cover – contains an extract of ALOE VERA herb which is known for its healing effects on skin. Aloe Vera helps to purify and sooth the body while strengthening the immune system. This in turn helps to regenerate tissue and quickens the healing process. The herb aroma helps As an added benefit Aloe Vera lowers the body temperature and helps to stop itching.
• SANAPUR - washable and permeable cover. This cover is right for a hospital usage.
