1) Correct anatomical support to the body. The mattress has to copy in a sufficiently firm but sensitive way as well the shape of human body in any position and to support the body correctly. 10) It is possible to have a full-value rest in a ventilated bedroom only. Do not forget the
natural supply of fresh air this will support relaxation effects of sleep. The bed should not be under the window (where draught can be present), neither in proximity to a heating body.
External noise and artificial light should not penetrace into the bedroom.
